The IndiStyle Fashion online store ships all of its products to all over India. We offer a product exchange policy in which they will exchange the item if the customer is not satisfied with the product. If you have ordered an item and it does not fit, or you do not like it, you can send it back for a full refund or exchange it for another size.

We at strive to provide you with a stress-free environment in which to browse for and purchase your preferred ethnic, western, and fusion wear.

We try our best to ensure your satisfaction, but if you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you're welcome to return it. Or if you find it mismatched to your taste, you can also exchange it for better options.

How to proceed with rightful shipping or exchange:

  • Unopened, with all tags still attached and in their original packaging.
  • The item must still be in its original, unused condition.
  • Items can't have been washed or tampered with in any way.

We have a policy where you can change your order for any reason up to 10 days after it has been placed. If you want to change your order, you will need to contact us via email and we will give you the address to ship the item back to them.

If you need any alterations done, our experienced craftsmen will gladly take your measurements through email. Since we are only gathering virtual measurements, you will need to make any minor adjustments after receiving an order on your end.

Refunds for Orders Cancelled Before Shipping

  • You can select to cancel only the items that are not yet ready to ship.
  • Purchase in Advance of Shipping Within 24 hours of placing an order, you may cancel it without penalty.

When sending packages nationally via the mail, you should allow between six and eight weeks for delivery. It takes a courier between seven and ten days to deliver any package shipped back within India. The actual delivery time would be determined by the characteristics of the product and your location.

  • Please make sure all shipping information is up to date.
  • Modify the characteristics of measurements
  • Within the allotted time, confirm or provide consent to pending alerts.
  • As a matter of policy, we prefer to communicate with our valued clientele via the email addresses they provided during registration. If we don't hear back from them, we'll try calling. 
  • If we don't hear back from you within 15 days, we cancel your order and provide a non-refundable store credit that can be used toward any future purchases. Similarly, we also provide an email update.

Keep in mind that we do our best to keep clients updated on the status of their orders at all times, and that your input at the appropriate times is very appreciated.

Acceptance of Returns after Delivery of an Order

We don't believe in ripping off our consumers at, but we do treat them like they're part of our joyful family. We work hard to ensure that your orders arrive in pristine condition, but mistakes sometimes happen.

  • A problem could arise if the item(s) are shipped.
  • It's possible that a manufacturing flaw went undetected until after packing.
  • The wrong product was sent to you.

If you have any complaints regarding a broken or defective product you received within 48 hours of receiving your order, please contact us.

PLEASE NOTE that any items purchased during our "Sale" (discounts of 20% to 50% off) cannot be returned under our Returns Policy unless there was an error on our part (such as a defect in the product or the shipment of the incorrect item).

If you need to return an item to us, please let us know as soon as possible so that we may process your request as quickly as possible; otherwise, we will not accept your return.

If you haven't received a "Return Accepted" confirmation email from us, your return request will be denied.


  • If it's a custom-made item, for one and the product has been altered to fit your specific measurements (we can't take it back because it's been tailored to your body and is therefore unsuitable for resale, and because the tailoring process begins with your approval and confirmation and the sizes you give to our master tailor).
  • If there is only a little colour difference between them (say, 19% to 20%), the experience will be different on each.
  • If the recipient refuses to take delivery of the package.
  • If consumers aren't enthusiastic about a product.

Customers who receive their orders and decide they would rather an exchange or refund are responsible for shipping the unwanted items back to the company. In such a circumstance, we are unable to offer a re-pick service.

What is the procedure for sending back an item purchased from

  1. Please let IndiStyle Fashion know as soon as possible if there is a problem with the merchandise you got (within 48 hours).
  2. An email from IndiStyle Fashion confirming a Return Authorization will be sent to you within two to three business days. 
  3. Do not send orders out until you have received this email from us. Any "Items Returned" without a valid Return Authorization Reference will be rejected.
  4. Please be aware that we may need you to send us a digital photo of the item in question for our internal evaluation before we can fulfil your request.

When Returning IndiStyle Store via Shipping:

  • Please ship the items to us using only a reputable, registered courier/airmail service, as instructed in our return permission e-mail.
  • Whenever possible, keep the product's original packaging. Do not remove any labels, tags, etc., off a product unless you are certain that you will be keeping it. For refunds to be processed, the original tags must be present.
  • Be sure to write "Defective Items for Returns" and "not for sale" on the box.
